Over five years at Oracle, I’ve touched more than 50 deals, always focused on sharpening the message and elevating how we show up for customers. That work led to a promotion into leadership as an Associate Creative Director, where I coach junior talent toward their best work.

The projects below span campaigns, executive gifting, brand systems, and live events, different formats, one throughline: translate Oracle’s scale and complexity into something a customer actually wants to engage with.

Mayo Clinic

Mayo Clinic needed a cloud partner it could trust with world-class medical care. Oracle needed a way to say that mattered more than uptime and infrastructure.

I built the campaign around “elevating excellence everyday”: a custom PowerPoint theme and logo, a hype video, rotating quotes, a flip book, even bingo trivia, plus a curated photo library the account team could run with on their own.

HCM Scalable Experience

“Oracle doesn’t even have an app.” That was the feedback costing us competitive HCM deals to Workday, even though the real story was about security and consistency, not a missing icon.

I rebuilt the experience around persona-driven stories that showed Oracle working seamlessly across every device, so prospects could see themselves in it instead of hearing a rumor about it.

Innovation Epicenter 3

IE3 is Oracle NAA’s annual Shark-Tank-style competition, employees pitch the ideas that could make Oracle better, live, in front of leadership.

I led all design for the event: Slack communications, print materials, executive and winner gift boxes, a custom trophy, and the broadcast set design. We turned the stage into an IE3 wonderland the audience could feel from the first shot.

TJX — Tomorrow’s Dragons

Oracle needed to prove its partnership with TJX was more than a line item, it needed to show up for what TJX actually cared about.

I helped propose Tomorrow’s Dragons: a program sponsoring d.tech students to tackle real technology challenges and compete for an internship with TJX, aligning Oracle with TJX’s commitment to kids and education in a way no deck ever could.
